For this tournament,
you must be a registered warrior (you do not have to be in a
Gor-wide caste, but you do have to be able to prove city
registry dice if you are not).
Each round for each warrior will be best
two out of three matches, single elimination.
First round is hand-to-hand combat (2d
caste dice), to 15. Honorable, friendly tournament shots
only. No kidney or groin shots, no attempts to do serious
damage to joints, and no kicks to the head or repeated blows
to any part of the body. We do NOT want to risk a city or
family losing a warrior due to a serious injury in a
friendly competition. You can show skill and strength
without maiming a fellow warrior when it is not in war. If
it is not serious infraction, you will receiving one warning
from the proctor, then you will be disqualified from the
tournament for a second offense.
Second round is ranging at a target (1d
caste dice), to 15.
If it goes to a third match, it will be
fought with blunted or covered weapons (2d caste dice), to
15. Again, honorable, friendly tournament shots only. No
kidney or groin shots, no attempts to do serious damage to
joints, and no kicks to the head or repeated blows to any
part of the body. We do NOT want to risk a city or family
losing a warrior due to a serious injury in a friendly
competition. You can show skill and strength without maiming

then you will be disqualified from the tournament for a

Winners of each round advance to the next
round until there is a tournament champion.
