| White Silk
|
White Silk slaves in the novels simply mean that the
girl is 'not opened' to the use of men, in other words she is a
virgin. Somewhere along the lines the term White Silk came to mean
the girl was untrained, or reserved. This is not correct and should
not be condoned.
Other common terms, used generally of slaves, are ‘white silk’ and ‘red silk’, for girls, who have not yet been opened, or have been opened, for the uses of men, respectively. Dancer of Gor; p. 128

| Red Silk
|
Red Silk slaves are simply slaves who are not
virgins, those which have been opened to men. Red Silk slaves can be
untrained, just as White Silk girls can be trained. The silk color
has to do simply with their sexual status.
Other common terms, used generally of slaves, are ‘white silk’ and ‘red silk’, for girls, who have not yet been opened, or have been opened, for the uses of men, respectively. Dancer of Gor; p. 128

| Black Silks
|
A Black Silk slave is an adaption to AOL Gor which should not be condoned. These are masterless slave girls and should be collared on sight. |
| Gray Silks
|
A girl adorning Gray Silks is a State owned slave, or
belonging to the City. Be aware that when dealing with a state
slave, you will suffer the consequences of that respective City.
The garmenture of the state slave, that of a girl owned by the city itself, some time ago, had been brief, sleeveless and gray, slashed to the waist. The collar worn by such slaves had been gray, matching the tunic, and it had been customary to lock about their left ankle a steel band, also gray, from which depended five small bells, also of gray metal. | Yellow Silks
|
Slave girls that wear yellow silks are supposedly
tavern owned slaves, used in paga taverns for serving, cleaning,
cooking, pleasing the guests, etc. Though paga slaves can be clothed
in any material their masters deem fit, yellow tends to be a common
color.
She came through the kitchen door, in the tiny slip of diaphanous yellow silk allotted to paga slaves, bells locked on her left ankle. She was doubtless returning to the floor after her rest, to freshen her for further service. I had not seen her before. She carried a vessel of paga. She was barefoot on the tiles. | Green Silks
|
Slaves adorned in green are the slaves of huntsmen,
accompanying their masters through the forests as they hunt, hence
the green clothing to help further conceal them.
They then, in the brief green tunics of the slaves of huntsmen, shouldered their burdens and followed their masters through the double gate of the palisade. Captive of Gor; p. 352 |
