Contracts, once approved, will be active for ninety mun days. The collaring of FreePersons will be done ONLY under contract. Slavers must submit a signed copy of all contracts to the Caste Scribe, which will be sent to the High Seats for approval and kept on record. The contract will be reviewed for possible OOC issues and or Character Crossovers. Contracts must be approved by two High Chairs and one other registered members prior to any capture attempt. The contract will then be assigned, either to the submitting Slaver or another, depending on the circumstances. A Contract Form is available at the link above or you may contact the Caste Scribe. Writ of Enslavement, informing the target of the impending collar, will be issued to the said target prior to capture -- at which time the mun may decline the story line. Slavers must have, on file, the record of mun consenting to the steal or capture. If the mun consent is given to the Slaver, it must be forwarded to the Caste Scribe for record keeping.
