Warriors signing up must be registered. (RRaMC, RWoGH,
& Scarlet) Warriors registered with City Castes may enter
provided they can offer proof of membership dates and earned
dice by word of Admin, Ubar, EnSword or City site.
As men sign up the proctors will pair them off to make the
bouts. Attempts will be made to keep warriors from the same
city from fighting each other in the first round.
All efforts will be made to keep the scheduled bouts as
listed, however, changes may be necessary due to mun issues
or entrants not present at the time of their scheduled bout.
You must earn your way to the finals, if your opponent doesn't show or has
to leave, you will be provided with another. Those with mun emergencies or
computer problems MAY be rescheduled.
There will be no killing or maiming blows or shots above
the shoulders. A blow to the jaw is acceptable, however
nose or head shots are not. This is announced at the beginning of
each nights matches. You will be given one warning,
and if it happens again, you will be disqualified.
Keep in mind these are friendly spars, the object is to best
your opponent, not to kill or cripple him. These are your sword brothers,
not your enemies.
First contest is covered or blunted weapons.
Scoring for this is. Warriors use their own dice.
1-14 is a miss
15-19 is one point
20-24 is 2 points
Second contest is with a throwing weapon of
choice.
Scoring for this is. Warriors use their half dice (ie.
2d23 = 1d23)
1-5 is a miss
6-10 is outside ring = 1 point
11-15 is middle ring = 2 points
16-19 is inner ring = 3 points
20+ is boskeye = 4 points
Third used only as a tie breaker is a
contest from the back either Thar or kaiila. (The warriors
do not have to ride the same kind of mount) (15 bonus points
will be awarded in the mounted event if the tie breaker is
not needed... these bonus points are not considered for
prizes in the Mounted event however they will be included in
the all around scores)
Scoring for this is. Warriors use their registered dice plus

1-14 is a miss
(any 1 or 2 point combination is a hit)
(any 3 point combination is a rider out of saddle to the
ground)
(any 4 point hit is rider and beast are knocked down)
(if one warrior gets 3 hits that are 3 points or above
before the match reaches 15 it is an auto win--winner gets
15 points)
General
Scoring
Spar, Ranged, & Mounted Champions will be decided in the
First Round by highest score in that event. (Total points
will be used as a determination if there is a tie)
In the interest of time constraints, the second and
subsequent rounds including the Semi Finals will be single
spars.
A ranged competition will be held in case
of an odd number of finalists.
The Final Round of the Tournament will consist of all 3
events.
Winner will be decided by best 2 out of 3.
