Medical Advancement
from the RPCoG

Once again
the RPCoG is proud and excited to
announce yet another medical
advancement! After continued
research by our physicians, we have
come up with a serum that reverses
aging. Yes! Reverses Aging. The
serum is a lot like the
stabilization serums, and are
administered in the same way on the
left side just above the hip; in a
series of four shots, the last of
the four being the stabilization
shot. This serum is for those whom
have never been stabilized.
The serums
have proven to work immediately,
without any side effect, and
reverses not only appearance, yet
the internal system of the body as
well. The serums have been proven
to reverse aging as much as 40 envars
in a person, found to be in
intervals of 10 envars per
injection. Though many goreans are
stabilized, some are not, the serums
might not have taken with them,
hence they have aged. This new
serum will work to bring those such
people back to their younger envars,
even to their teens. Though the new
serum reverts the body back envars,
bringing it once again to its vigor
and strengthened, taut, and
beautiful stage, it also
freshens and rejuvenates neural
tissue retaining knowledge and
memory. Many a barbarian has been
brought to our planet, some of whom
were used in our testing of the
serum. Women aging from over 50
envars have been reverted back to
their once youthful state,
physically... of a young girl age of
18.
Such a
transformation has become a
commercial exploitation of
barbarians, one's who have on earth
exhibited great intellect and
stature. Now reduced to nothing
more then a beautiful young slave to
be sold on the blocks of slavers.
Though it was evitable such would
occur, the serum was not initially
designed for this use, however more
for medical advancement.
We of the
RPCoG will continue to research for
even more medical advancements for
our own society, for the betterment
of our fellow goreans. This new
serum of transformation is the
beginning of yet more research and
advancements to something larger
which will enhance our
lives. We now can stand in the
ranks of the great physicians of our
past... Parp, Flaminus and all those
who've come before us. Those who've
created the stabilization serums and
led the way for us to create
inoculations to prevent the Pox.
We, now are known in the ranks of
history for those of future
generations whom have made such
advancements. Advancements such as
inoculations, bone transplants and
renewal, and now age reversing
serums. I am so proud of all the
physicians of the RPCoG who have all
contributed their time and efforts
to research and test for countless
ahns to produce such a product. We
are excited of its possibilities and
strive harder to supercede even our
own accomplishments.
With this
new serum, we look forward to giving
youth back to those who have long
since felt its glory.
MEDICAL ADVANCEMENT

We of the RPCoG are proud to announce our
newest medical advancement that successfully
grows and repairs bone. After a year and
many moons of research and testing,
medical technology has once again
prevailed. By testing with different bio
scaffolds cell culture systems, we were able
to study cells in an environment that mimics
the conditions of cells in the body. After
searching for a suitable scaffold to use for
cartilage tissue, we have selected a ceramic
material to use as a bone void filler. In
the lab, urt embryonic stem cells were
seeded onto this ceramic material and
induced into the developmental pathway
leading to cartilage formation.
Following implantation under the skin of an
urt, the cartilage tissue developed
further, and was replaced by bone. Bone
formation via cartilage as a template proved
to be an efficient approach. Furthermore,
this is the way in which most of the bones
in the embryo are formed.
We have also found that bone tissue is also
formed in a bone defect. A scaffold with
cells that had already formed cartilage, was
implanted into an urt with a defect in its
skull. Besides under the skin, bone was
also formed in this bone defect, proving
this technique also works to repair damaged
bone.
By activating a certain enzyme (PKA
enzyme, protein kinase A) prior to
implantation, it produces a dramatic
improvement in bone growth. The cells were
observed to mature into bone cells already
in the lab. Once implanted in the urts, the
bone grows well. The cells secrete various
substances that stimulate bone growth.
The advantage of administering a
bone-growth-stimulating substance in advance is
that it can be removed just before implantation.
In past experiments we have mainly used high
concentrations of a bone-growth-stimulating
hormones, incorporated in the carrier on which
the cells are ‘sown’. In this approach not only
are the hormone concentrations lower, they more
closely resemble hormones normally involved in
bone growth.
This is a major breakthrough in the use of
embryonic stem cells to grow bone with help from
the patients own body. Compact bio reactors
such as waste treatment membranes, develop to
grow cells quickly into tissue that can be used
in operations.
We
have went further to introduce this treatment on
human subjects. The transplant of cells proved
uncomplicated for the surgeon. There were also
no side effects or pain except for the site of
incision. The growth process began to work
immediately, within a hand the bone had fused
and commenced growth. After one turning of the
moon, the patient whose one leg was shorter at
birth causing an unbalanced limp, had grown to
the full length as his other. He did suffer
minor complications of discomfort of stretching
skin which was countered with epithelial cell
hormone injections. The other patient who
suffered a broken femur, healed completely in a
matter of three hands with no complications.
Both were given medications on a daily basis to
help the process and void any infections or
rejection of the implant.
We are now in the process of
working with the Merchants Caste to gather the
materials needed as well as promote this new
treatment. They will help with the pricing and
measurements of doses which will vary in weight
according to the injury, as well as barter for
needed supplies. I am hoping within the moon,
there will be enough kits and scaffolds for each
of our physicians to have on hand. With this
new technology, we will be able to heal our
patients faster and give renewal to their bones
and body. Any bone disfigurements or breaks can
now be fixed due to the hard work, dedication
and research of the physicians of the RPCoG.
